Job responsibilities include;
- Data entry on Word/Excel
- Ordering supplies
- Answering/directing phone calls
- Organizing appointments
- Putting together and mailing customer packets
- Other general tasks
- At least a high school diploma.
- Proficient computer skills such as, MS Excel and Word.
- A valid driver's license and own transportation.
- Previous office experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate must be friendly, reliable, honest and punctual. Must be a team player, and courteous of our customers.
