Part-time Administrative Assistant needed for Shoemakersville area company
- Responsibilities will include answering the phone, taking detailed messages, typing bids, filing, and basic housekeeping tasks. - Person must have excellent communication and typing skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, ...)
- Operating system is Quickbooks so if someone has experience with Quickbooks that would be a definite plus but not 100% required
- Prefer that someone can work 8:00am-noon Monday thru Friday... Might be able to be slightly flexible on that
