Job Description

Branch Manager/Recruiter needed for Lebanon area employment service whose focus is manufacturing, warehouse, food production, skilled trade and clerical positions.

Main responsibilities currently are interviewing/screening candidates, filling open positions, taking care of all related customer service issues, and managing (1) other person. As office grows, there will be more responsibilities. Being comfortable making sales calls a plus but not required.

Schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:00pm & 2nd Saturday of every month 9am-12noon. Must be able to take care of after hours emergencies as need (rare but definitely happen every so often)

Compensation includes base salary and commission/bonus plan, medical benefit package, paid time off, holiday pay

Job Requirements

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must

- Must have valid drivers license & current insurance and reliable transportation as you must be available to go to client companies as needed, sometimes on very short notice.
