Production Associate Pit Systems for industrial refrigeration
1st shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday thru Friday
Leading manufacturer of in-floor access enclosures and pit systems designed to provide safe and efficient access to critical under-floor infrastructure, including:
Mechanical systems
Water piping and valves
Drainage hubs and piping
Electrical wiring and controls
Refrigeration piping and controls
We are seeking motivated and dependable Production Associates Technicians to join our growing team.
Position Summary
The Production Associate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing custom access enclosures and pit systems according to engineering specifications and quality standards. This role requires hands-on manufacturing experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Must be mechanically inclined
Fabricate and assemble metal components and access enclosure systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
Operate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely.
Perform welding, grinding, cutting, drilling, and fitting operations as required.
Assist with fiberglass application, finishing, and mold work when needed.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
Collaborate with production team members to meet daily production goals.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly experience preferred.
- Experience with welding, mechanical assembly, sheet metal fabrication, or fiberglass work is a plus.
- Ability to read measuring devices and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
Willing to train the right individual who is looking to grow with the company
