Job Description

- Quality Control assistant needed for Lebanon area food mfg/packager
- Responsible for administrative operations pertaining to food safety & quality, ensuring that all procedures are implemented and documented
- Monitors and reinforces all GMP's
- Perform various testing, sampling, and other quality checks
- Provide training to production employees on Quality procedures
- Providing information to Quality Director & Operations Manager
- Other duties as needed

Job Requirements

- Previous Quality Control experience, preferably in a food mfg/packaging environment
- Good organizational & communication skills
- Excellent computer skills needed
- Ability to monitor the work activity of others
- Day shift position but must be able to work on 2nd or 3rd shift for special events
