We are an employment service with headquarters in Reading, PA. We fill positions and provide other related employment services for manufacturing companies, food processors, manufacturers & packagers, and warehouse & distribution companies. We also fill clerical and skilled trades positions. We are presently partnering with companies located from Hazleton PA to Reading PA to Lebanon PA and to Lancaster PA.
We need someone to be responsible for our company s BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT activities. Looking for someone who checks the following boxes
- Driven to succeed, have fun, and make things happen!
- Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experienced with phone, email, social media & boots-on-the-ground cold calling, sales calls, and networking
- Experienced with current technology, including AI sales tools
- Customer focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependable with reliable transportation
- Enthusiasm to participate with in-person networking events to develop relationships & promote company services
This is a full-time position. While this person will be on the road most of their week, we do expect them to participate in daily meetings (virtual) and stop into each of the branch offices at least weekly.
